I had the same issue and I switched to non-ethanol gas and hadn't had a problem since. Replace the fuel in the gas tank if the fuel is older than 3 months.
Compression is good. I even looked at that part questioning if it was opening to let air in for combustion, but didn't think it was out of position. Oil was added.

Thanks for the tip it worked I should of viewed you video first! If the carburetor is clogged, try cleaning it with carburetor cleaner. Solution 1: Spark Plug. pull the rope and after a few pulls it started than died.
