Waited an additional 3 weeks for the right part and was told they would waive the $89 fee for the 3rd trip out since it was their fault with the part. I can see at some point the cushions kind of deforming from use, but to me that stuff happens to any sofa and it's easy enough to replace the stuffing to return its shape. The flatware from that order had black spots after 6 weeks of use.
