Magical thoughts don't come true. I'm worried that I can predict the future?
The presence of magical thinking is probably the main reason why many with OCD have been misdiagnosed over the years as schizophrenic.

The current gold-standard treatment for the various types of OCD, including Magical Thinking OCD, is a form of Cognitive Behavior Therapy called Exposure and Response Prevention (E/RP). This kind of magical thinking fear is common that even non-obsessive compulsives get it -- most generic grief counseling books have a chapter on it. This belief creates an intense fear that the individual could have harmed others or will be responsible for harm to others if they do not perform specific compulsive behaviors that their OCD demands. This is totally congruent with the egocentric/narcissistic side of OCD. Magical thoughts don't come true.

Superstitious thinking makes strange and magical connections between things which logically don’t seem to connect in the real world, thus the apparent ‘craziness’.

God-like thinking, and also, in the greatest respect, slightly arrogant to believe your thoughts carry so much importance to the world.Regarding your hell worry, this stems from religion being omnipresent, everywhere, and thusly conditioned into our subconscious from an early age. I have an obsessive delusion about going to hell, despite not being religious at all, or accepting it as a real possibility. They put up with it for too long, perhaps thinking that nothing can be done or just not knowing where to turn.
