I purchased a water pump last year (less than a year old), and recently used it, to find that it would not pump and had extremely low flow. Store says need my receipt and needs to be 90 days new. I didn't expect them to replace the saw or provide free parts. To make a long story short, he did not even know how to do the transaction and had to call on a subordinate to do it. They have NO REAL customer service, just lip service!
