JAY BLACK made the group Jay and the Americans.His voice is compared to Roy Orbison.I think Jay's voice is better especially in voice control,and octave range.At age 72,he still has the BEST rock and roll singing voice in the history of the rock and roll era.He performed Cara Mia and others on PBS Special in March 2011 and I can truthfully can say no one else compares EVEN CLOSE TO HIM!!
