He'll bump into luggage and items on his way around the room so you can figure out where he's heading. Then, tap said object and the Boo should appear. You'll need to get close enough to suck the sunglasses off of his face. After you successfully do this, she'll flee out of the room.You'll find her in the room with the four TVs.
