He walked straight in with size 9 boots onto our expensive all wool carpet. Guess what I’m saying is DO NOT BUY A LA Z BOY CHAIR! SCS sent a technician out , very arrogant person.He told us to keep our distance whilst he took photos for his report and did not engage with us in anyway shape or form.
We only had to have it repaired once. It miraculously has been fixed and ready for re-delivery, which, by the way, is another week and a half away! I've been rocking in La-Z-Boy but what you folks have put me through no more. After waiting 3 months for it to arrive, I had to have someone come to the house to service it within the first week because the back was very loose and making a loud screeching noise every time I rocked. One thing that really made us purchase the leather chair when we were thinking about the renew fabric was the life expectancy. Neitber Lay Z Boy or Scs, who we bought it from, will help each saying it the others problem. Certainly not worth the thousands of dollars we spent thinking we were investing in a good brand.

Gave a 50% deposit. Paid full price over the phone. My wife fell on our icy driveway and I fell off a ladder hanging a Christmas wreath above our garage. We had a leather suite from Ikea before this lasted much longer than our Lazy-Boy. Anyone reading this should do themselves a favor and stay away from lazy boy furniture. Needless to say, La-Z-Boy went above and beyond to satisfy the customer.I recently went to La-Z-Boy (Tucson store on Broadway) to purchase a new recliner for my elderly mom. After having the sofas 15 days the love seat motor on one side literally broke. Not happy at all. Our new chair is two years old, red leather and looks like new. Not sure how to choose? We feel we have been misold this suite as the comfort we experienced in the store is nothing like the suite we received. I do recommend the store

Called your company in February 2020 and said our coverage didn’t warrant this part.
SCS have not had the decency to ring me back after leaving a message and sending emails We happened to be in La-Z-Boy during the Columbus Day sale...the same Devon unit was on sale in a tweed fabric for almost the exact price as our in-store credit. Buyer beware. She said the Chair would be in mid August. My chair is broken and you folks flat out lied to me.I purchased a sectional couch in which was delivered by your company. 5.0 out of 5 stars Very comfortable. it can be fixed but at a cost to me.
The store staff were excellent and always remember us.My husband and I have been customers at La-Z-Boy for close to 40 years. contacted Lay-Z-Boy over the state of the seat/arm and back cushions collapsing on the suit I had bought, they referred me to SCS who I bought the suit from the suit was only 18 months old but they insisted that they only have a 12 month warranty and the 5yr extended warranty does not cover my problem.
