samsung washer keeps adding time

I’m trying to spin out 2 pillows and a load of towels .

I replaced all 4 suspension rods but problem persists.

It will continue to do this over and over. Where is the correct link?

It seems to get to about 9mins and spins for about 5 mins only to go back to 15-16 mins and begin to rinse and spin again.

If this is happening to your unit, Test if the same thing happens while the unit is empty.

Although it points out that by design this washer may run indefinitely. Yes it seems to occur in every cycle.

Will post about 2nd diagnosis and repair result.Same issue on our WF42H.

We bought the washer on 05-19-17 so its only over a year old and I’m concerned Samsung will not honor a fix.

I had no problems with the old style top load washer but every little thing seems to be a big problem for these.

ANyone with any insight would be great.

At this point it is 3+ weeks.

I guess it's time to call repair edited to add: I just found my receipt and my warranty expires in a few weeks!

I did do a calibration last night (hold temp and delay button) and then ran a cycle with no close.

Pete for Model Number Wa400p jhdwr/aa. Our washer will reach the spin cycle and will spin for about 2 minutes and then starts filling with water and adds about 10 minutes to the timer.

First diagnosis that motor went wrong, cosnsumed more than a week, after replacting motor, washer went completely dead.

What I learned from this doc is .

I even just washed ONE sweater and it did the endless cycles!

I’m about to send it back after reading this thread. Essentially this washer is or may not be automatic.

Still doing the same thing.

Expecting same repair company to repair in coming days.

Cleaned everything, recalibrated.

You can private message us Are you getting any error messages? Samsung tech support was supposed to call me back at 530pm yesterday to trouble shoot and no one called.

Also there is no error code in display whatsoever.Just run calibration and will post if behavior changes after calibration.Edit after 2 hours from Calibration, Run normal mode and during rinse it is going back and forth between 12 and 15 minutes mark and I had recorded 5 minutes of video as well if Samsung is inetrested in seeing it.Edit: 8/20/18.

I have stopped the washer and put it just on the spin cycle and it will do the same thing.

!after talking with Best Buy, where I purchased it, this model is on recall.
