There are two moments in this movie that still blew me away, even though I knew they were coming. However, when her toilet overflows she is forced to call in the plumber.Side note: the more movies I watch, the less time I have for reviews.
Sparrows Dance is easily one of the major surprises in American cinema in 2013.

Shooting an agoraphobic whose not been outside of her apartment in a year and the sax-playing plumber she falls for in distant wide shots as they hold each other close, effectively establishes the idea of a love that only the two people experiencing it can understand.Great use is made in the many bedroom scenes of the blinking red neon light coming through the window from across the street. The entire third act of Red Sparrow's story is filled with twists and turns, leading to a shocking conclusion. Scene 1 was supposed to be a prologue, while scene 2 was originally part of the ending.
It's a great Indie film.I loved it. With Marin Ireland, Paul Sparks, Niesha Butler, Bennie Slay.

The image is an example of a ticket confirmation email that AMC sent you when you purchased your ticket. Given that the opening shot shows the heroine on the toilet, what a nice surprise to find that this is a pure love story, told with elegance and simplicity on a low budget.
