You can use almond milk or bbq sauce instead of hot sauce for the dredging if you don’t want it to be spicy.Just wanted to follow up! Every 10 minutes I would flip them over and baste again – 30-40 minutes total.

I dredged the wings in the hot sauce mixture, then in the flour, then put them on the pan, then used a basting brush to brush them with more hot sauce.
