It feels like my body is vibrating, like electricity is running through it, sometimes it pools in one side of my body and fell rather unpleasant. Re: earthquake seizures. this is weird now, i am experiencing this now and than many times at night. i have never heard of anyone experiencing this, and it makes me feel like I am living in a constant earthquake zone. It starts out as a light shaking and progressively gets worse until it feels like a terrible extreme earthquake and as I come out of it it gets less bad. I generally have to be really worn out before i sleep. I've experienced those other symptoms before. this is weird now, i am experiencing this now and than many times at night. I thought that was normal, and that if I focused on it long enough I'd be able to drift into a dream/sleep. Because of this I stopped sleeping higher than the ground and slept on a mattress placed on the floor. It's kinda annoying but then I fall back asleep. And when it happens, it feels like your body is screaming out the intrusive thought and it is a terrifying experience. Sometimes it feels like I'm falling down a spiralling tunnel.

Thinking also it has something to do with equilibrium, I had ear infection in the past too. The last one causes you to hallucinate and feel the dream paralysis.
